  • For explanation of parameters, see Materials and Methods. In pilocarpine-treated rats, granule cells in the cell layer were recorded from the same slices as those used to record granule-like neurons. Granule-like neurons were not significantly different from granule cells in the granule cell layer in any parameter listed (Student'st test, p > 0.05).
